very nice post, when i start my 1st blog, it was a quite hard experience, i started with blogger and just using adsense, the most important thing is have unique and good content, also as you said to promote your blog, and take care of your visitors (the good ones, an the bad ones

)

The easiest way to do this is to download "All in One SEO Pack" for Wordpress.

EDIT: Hey how do you change the the title tag on your browser? At first mine was "Halo 3 News, Information, Pictures and Video" before I installed that plugin, but now it's back to "Mozilla Firefox." The <title> tag doesn't seem to work anymore?

Sorry for the late reply, Phare. This can be done in the admin interface of Wordpress under "Settings -> All in One SEO -> Home title". By default, this plugin only displays the page title, not the description, so if you want to have the description on every subpage you must do this manually by adding %description%:
