We'd like to take this opportunity to explain some important changes happening at our business and how this affects you; our current and past users, members and affiliates.
First and foremost, as of Sunday November 4th, 1plus.net will officially become iMODO.com. Its an exciting move for us and has taken most of this year to bring it to fruition. iMODO is a new platform built from the ground up to bring domain management, parking, development, and marketplace services together in one easy-to-use interface. You'll be able to keep track of your domains' registrars and expiration dates automatically while utilizing our vast domain monetization options.
Its not just a rebranding exercise. iMODO is pleased to bring you an entirely new paid platform, which we are calling our "premium" templates. This is monumental development for us. The revenue model works similarly to a regular parking company, while still presenting visitors to your domain a full "developed site" experience. Revenue-earning advertisements are fed directly into your iMODO-hosted sites, without need for your own Adsense account. We are the first business to be allowed complete flexibility with regard to content and a premium ad feed on the same page.
We will be launching with a range of pre built templates and verticals which, with a few simple choices, you can easily build your domains into fully functioning content based site/s with videos, photos, news, shopping, and more. Each premium template also comes complete with its own forum and social networking features to build unique content and encourage repeat visitorship. We also have the option for you to select a more traditional style parking page, if that is your preference. And, as always, there are no costs or long-term contracts needed to use our services.
If you wish to migrate your domains directly over to the iMODO "premium" platform, simply indicate so using the check box provided in your current 1plus domain manager. However, if you are fond of the current 1plus.net system, don't worry, your user account and domains will be transitioned over seamlessly and stay as they are if you leave the box unchecked. The existing 1plus.net templates are being upgraded slightly and will remain available as iMODO "legacy" templates. All of the same features and customization opportunities still exist and your live domains will migrate without the need to change nameservers.
While we want to bring this to market now, it's not the finished article and we have a lot of extra cool features and tools were still improving. To this end, the premium platform is available on an limited basis only upon our initial launch. If you login and don't yet see the premium features available, don't worry - we are opening it up to a wider base of our partners soon. If you do have the premium features enabled on your account, please have a try and let us know what you think. Remember to update your contact and payment information.

Revenue share is not advertised anywhere, I would imagine 50%...any other curious about this (important) issue, together with all the others well mentioned above?
I believe the member Badger is the owner or one of the owners of Imodo. Also, does anybody know if traffic arb will be allowed with Imodo? I would imagine that with the sites having so many features the visitors will bookmark them and this could become extremely profitable.
Arbitrage will not be available initially because US traffic is being redirected to a partner parking page. Once iMODO is able to serve the same developed sites to both USA and World traffic, you will be able to promote the sites as regular sites, PPC included.

Revenue % - well, were a business with a lot of direct costs so revenue is not going to be 100%. However, that said, we have negotiated a really nice revenue share with our provider which (even at 50% share to you) will equate to higher % than you would get with a direct adsense publisher account.
What will it be? We're in favor of a tiered, transparent and published revenue share deal, one that pays a higher percentage on the more revenue an affiliate earns. Theres inherent problems doing this which Ive highlighted in another thread, No1 reason being obviously the "this might encourage click fraud". So, current status is that were still working on the minutie.... If you are invited onto our program i will say that you will be better informed than perhaps ever before.
I believe, and RJ will correct me on this if im wrong, that were also in agreement in letting you guys migrate your google analytics code onto our paid platform. Ok, there going to be a mound of "im being reported 2000 visits and you guys only show 1100" problems in doing this, mainly because what stats programs report isn't the same as what ad providers report. But we'll see, Im happy to take the flack.
What we can promise to you is that we will never shave your earnings, be deceitful or underhanded - and we do expect the same honesty from our affiliates. See you soon
