That's exactly the image I'm getting, IMHO ... obviously NO ONE KNOWS and we're all hoping, of course, it's not true and there are answers forthcoming shortly regarding the RFP's (at a minimum)!
Stay tuned ...

Enjoy the week!

It's understandable that mtld cannot tell us EVERYTHING they are doing behind the scenes, and I suspect that they are doing a lot more than sipping Guiness in Dublin pubs. Although I wouldn't blame them if they do a little of that too!
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/dot-mobi/363013-the-reality.html

As I've said, the only real beef I have is that those 6,000 generic names remain languishing around doing nothing, while the mobile internet grows each and every day. Those names need to get in the hands of developers, and ASAP.

I understand they want quality end users and that's admirable, but if they are waiting for "Weather Channel" quality end users for each name, they're going to be waiting a long, long time.

In order to get the names out, be a little more flexible in whom you deem worthy of the names, and don't forget to look right here in this forum for some awesome developers.

regardless, i'll bet mTLD figures holding them back will not harm/kill the extension, so they are setting the pace to fit their needs. i do not think that it will kill the extension and a lot of good things are happening. I'd have to look at list again, but there are clunkers on there too, so the real total is lower.

This is getting repetitive and boring. Somebody start a new thread on a new topic please. Unless you're still having fun after 5 pages, that is.
