Thats too BIG man. You better be using a paid host. hehe :P anyways there are millions of converters that you can use.

1st. You need to know what format you want it for ( I think .divx is the best and you can even encode it to your site )
2nd. Upload it to your host and then Copy and paste the folowing code and edit the bold part with your video's url.
Quote:
<object codebase="http://go.divx.com/plugin/DivXBrowserPlugin.cab" height="400" width="720" classid="clsid:67DABFBF-D0AB-41fa-9C46-CC0F21721616">
<param name="src" value="Put your VIDEO URL HERE" />
<param name="custommode" value="Stage6" />
<param name="showpostplaybackad" value="false" />
<embed type="video/divx" src="Put your VIDEO URL HERE" pluginspage="http://go.divx.com/plugin/download/" showpostplaybackad="false" custommode="Stage6" height="400" width="720" />
<param name="autoPlay" value="false" />

</object>

P.S Uploading might take forever. And you might wana get a hosting from Hostgator because they give you lots of bandwidth.

Hiya, well thats way to big for a video file, may i suggest you convert it to SWF format - or may try and compress it and upload to youtube and embed it!
