!! Just Kidding! I couldn't resist.... it isn't a beaut but, in comparision to some prices I paid for worse quality/non-pronouceable names a few months ago (guilty!) I suppose it is fine. It's in my account, regged into 2010 and I am ok with the price. Time will tell if it was worth it. It always does.

Often a term used in the UK for the renting of a room or an office. Not sure if that's the same in the States, but given it being such a keyword its worth the price paid

Arnie, I fully agree with you, it was sold cheap. Its undervalued for enduser at that price, even with real estate prices falling in the UK (although not in London as I have read).

Companies investing hundreds of millions of pounds in real estate projects (i.e. several sites at Warwick Road for example) even at these tough time, difference of $40K or $250K is irrelevant for such projects.

Is the new owner NPer?
