I think people are hoping to get lucky. Hoping that someone will just bid on one of them. There is a site that lists every single LLLL.com they get for 4grand at the lowest. Not to mention they have had 2 sales 1 for $6500 and then 1 for a price not listed.

well - it's a publicity stunt - worked for me!
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/short-domain-discussion/358387-the-llll-com-sales-discussion-thread.html

Seller is actually just asking for offers ... I think some of their names are decent, wouldn't call them crap (but then again, I'm the anti-premium afficionado, so what do I know!)

This time next year, $200 might actually seem cheap for some of them ... still a long way to go to hit $20,000,000 though!

I remember that one, I was outbidded....I wanted it.

(This price was so low that it seemed fishy, but I just checked and the winning bidder's name is in whois.)
I did not see it.....very lucky to get it at almost reg fee!

More than likely....we should see that listing to know.

I think it was sold to end-user. This is also signal... If LLL.coms have reseller value of 6-15k and are sold to end-users for 60-150$ - this is 10 times more than for resellers. The same we see for LLLL.coms. Recently I sold similar quality LLLL.com to end user for 500$, now this sale. It seems that it's quite adequate that prices for them are in 30-50$ region.

Luckily I saved that one in my favourities, you people should do the same as I do, so we never miss any of these IMPORTANT info .

I simply go to the SEDO Auction page , find all the LLLL.com auctions and save all of the bidding pages so I can see the history after they finish despite I am sleeping or am away. If you do that twice a week , you should collect all of them

Here it is , 4 bidders till $200 then a fight for 2 :

I get a few good deals here and there. Way to lazy to start sending out bulk emails (at least for now), but I'd imagine one could make quite a pretty penny doing just that...

I get alot of PMs asking for LLLL.com appraisals on people's names which can only lead me to believe that there are people out there who aren't fully aware of the value of what they own.

I have been picking up LLLL.coms consistently for about a week now. Pretty much everyone was a great deal. Trying to stay on budget helps me look for better deals. Sure i pass up some good ones but thats ok. I have been flipping the non-premium and non-pronoucable ones for 2x i pay for them at the very least. I have been keeping the ones i like and that could be worth alot down the road.

I can explain that... your not getting great deals, simply the price guide here at NP is completely out of touch. I reiterate without sending any bulk emails, it is pretty easy to get all premium LLLL.com < $150
