Pretty bang on. Triple premium + Q,X,Z are generally in the $35-$45 range, whereas triple premium + Y almost always hit $40 and regularly hit $50.

RXPP.com (PP being double premium) seem to sell for a bit less than quad premiums, but not all that much less than bad quad premiums. I bid on most of them and they're regularly in the $100-$150 range.

My prognosis. Pretty pronounceable LLLL.coms with all premiums will cost 50%-100% of the worst LLL.com like vqj. They are more desirable for end-users than something like jyq. Recently I was bidding for SEAG.com and though I've lost it but it is obvious for everyone that this name was 100 times more nice for end-users (especially from Germany). Someone soon will miss the next boat.

Nice post Ergo. I think its also a good idea to be mindful of a quad domains preffix and/or suffix. It may not matter if a domain has a 'bad letter' in the middle becasue a company with a three word business name who may not be able to afford / obtain the LLL domain of its choice may look to a LLLL with a good preffix/suffix. (preffix ie: I = Internet, E=Electronic etc) or (suffix ie: L = Ltd, O=Online etc). Eg: A fictitious company such as HQG 'High Quality Goods' would be able to make good use of: High Quality Goods Online' or 'High Quality Goods Ltd' etc etc if only quad letter domains are available to them.
