We are going to light up 2600.TV. Do you think that means trouble?
I spent a fair amount of my past doing computer/phone system security work and it sure would have been alot easier if I would have had a repository of hacks and phreaks at my fingertips. We want to help the World with this domain name, but it's a little spooky.
If you mean problems referring to the magazine, I think that would be the only potential threat, other than that, it's 'just a number'. I don't think you'd have a problem with the "Atari 2600", as the site wouldn't have much to do with that. Alfa Romeo had a 2600 car, but again, I don't think it would be a problem.
As long as you stick to the phone thing, I think you will be fine, as it relates to the Hz Frequency, and that is where the quarterly got it's name from to start.

I mean the crowd, not the magazine. The magazine guys probably don't care about video. Everyone should read the magazine that interested in computer/phone system security. You can buy it at Borders for those who have never read it before, btw. Great stuff...
We were thinking of using if for both hacking and phreaking educational vids. Since the World of 2600 Hz really where hacking started, we are a little concerned on the crowd it could draw. If you look online for hacking/phreaking vids, you will see some great educational material. Only great if you use it to protect yourself or help protect others, mind you.
We were just a little concerned a little about the crowd.
