Used to teach photography. Hard to break the film thing. I was a B&W and darkroom fanatic. Very big into collecting early Albumens. That is kind of how I got into the Portuguese regging as I was in communication with a seller in Brazil that often forgot I was in the US and would send out emails in Portuguese.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/dot-mobi/336636-does-anyone-havy-any-good-cam.html

First digital was a 1.2 HP.

Now, about 10-12 digitals later, I have the SONY alpha and I am so impressed with it. This coming from someone who swore by Canon. I tried all the high dollar Canon and Nikon but they didn't impress me as much as the Sony. An associate that paid big bucks for a Nikon now wishes she had bought the Alpha.

If your lenses will work on the digital body, that is the most logical thing to do...stick with Nikon. We know good optics are not cheap.

The best part? Sony bought out Minolta/Konica optics. Everyone thought Minolta was going out of business. The Lens dump was on. I was paying about $200-$400 for MSRP $1500-$3000 high speed lenses, some I paid less than $100. Even camera shops were doing this. I was laughing myself silly.

It took awhile for these sellers and dealers to wake up and say "Hey, wait a minute..." and realize the auto focus lenses WERE what the alphas were using. Now I have so many lenses I am thinking about buying a second body. They have come down about $300.00 or better since it's release a little over a year ago.

Now a 100MP? Come on, that's like reaching out and touching some one.

I forget, but I stumbled it so I'll never lose it It's addicting. I went through every single picture upon finding it. I don't even think I breathed.

Thanks much, folks! GeoCam could be the next EarthCam! Actually, I'm hoping the GeoCam names will be good enough that EarthCam.com will want to buy them!
