Opinions on www.hdmoviechannel.tv since hd is the future of video.

Reg Fee Imo

Ferman 05-20-2007 10:51 AM

reg fee
if sex dot com is 14million dollars
then bestsex dot tv must be ten times much valuable

jettabosko 05-20-2007 02:42 PM

Thanks for comments. In that logic---what would you have said iphone worth vs phone? Before you knew apple was going to use the name?

Ferman 05-20-2007 04:08 PM

ok then reg all names ending with moviechannel dot tv. there is a possibility for apple to use one of them.

hd = high definition =
you use it just an adjective for moviechannel
moviechannel is not a product
not better than superqualitymoviechannel.tv

You're banging your head against a brick wall.

Many here will still say reg fee here because they do not have any concept of the visualizations necessary for .tv.

It's not their fault, they just haven't adjusted to the fact that .tv IS NOT the .com they are attributing their formula to. Although I do not see a great amount of $$$ here, I do not see reg fee, either.

There is marketing to a certain demographic necessary here, which they haven't included in their determination either, again not their fault.

Good luck, hard work. develop, market and roll the dice.

I also got reg fee for www.dogtags.tv on some other forum, as if I cared. :bah:

TheBulldog 05-20-2007 07:12 PM

I would say slightly above regfee, but not much.

At this point, you would have been better served by "scarymoviechannel.tv" instead of what you chose, but that is my opinion.

ok guys--you win lol. Thanks for comments.

I totally agree with you on that. When I buy a .tv name I visualise a tv channel to go with the name. I always have a concept in mind and hopefully someone else will have the same concept and want to purchase it.

I would have to agree with the above appraisals, reg fee

agree-I think an end user--will see the most value to whatever name. With hd-dvd and blu-ray drives coming to computers and HD Camcorders--HD is going to be huge in the near future. Despite the guys thinking ref fee lol, IMHO this will be a value name, based on HD is the future of video.
Respect all opinions nevertheless---people in early days never thought the internet will be what it is--theres Always resistance in the beginning.
