PHP Script for URL Upload
 

Hi,
Can anybody suggest a simple PHP Script. For uploading from a URL instead of user machine. It means that we can put a URL pointing to a file, and the code automatically downloads it and saves it in a specified location.

just check the option of saving to "server also"

I tried this script but this script doesn't seem to work on my server. I don't know
the reasons why has anybody faced this problem before.

have u changed the permission of the folder in which the script is to 777?

Yes I have checked with that

sometimes ur webhost might have blocked file get functions of php due to which it might not work.

by th way any specific error that u r getting?

which host are u using?

It just gives a blank page. My host is a linux machine
