WANTED: Good PHP coder for custom CMS system
 

I am looking for a custom CMS script (PHP+MySQL) used for tutorial sites.
I do have a 2 page requirement document in PDF, but I will only send it to people who can provide me with a portfolio and/or references.

So please PM me some example work and I can send you the link to the PDF.
