Artist needed - Trade programming for Design / art
 

I am looking for an artist that can design the graphics for my website. I have all the code and scripts working fine, I just suck at artwork.

Even though I know how to use photoshop, whatever I make turns out to look like boxes. :-(

So I want to trade my skills as a php and applications programmer for someone that can make nice a looking front page and CSS style. I don't need the entire webpage, just a front page, and a style for all the other pages, I can do the rest (ahem, did I mention I do php?).

I even have a complete layout and all the design elements that need to go on the page. I just need some nice looking artwork.
