How do I transfer ownership at me.tv?

I see that if it is an "enom" website, that I can push or transfer, but I don't see that option at me.tv

Also, which ENom is it that does the 24.95 pricing because the only option I see is 49?

You don't ME.tv is not a registrar you transfer at ENOM if the new person wants to use the ME.tv tools they can when they have control of the domain
