Do we get paid in Adsense when someone clicks a CPM ad? or these ads just pay for impressions?

they r paid just for impression.not for clicks

ya. CPM is different from CPC.

yeah but the beauty is that if you have many visitors and your adds would pay say 15 dollars then for every thousand page view then you'd make 15 dollars plus what ever else you maid in your clicks! it can be a good thing.

Well no CPM is seperate from a CPC ad, CPM just pays pure per impressions unless I am reading that wrong

That's correct - CPM is pay per impression, not pay per click. CPM can actually work better on some types of high-traffic sites where people don't click ads (tech sites or forums, etc.)
