Yes i do VBulletin styles, but not for $30.00.

He should have specified he doesn't do complex psd's for that much, fair enough. Quoted me June 12th though... so much for 24 hours.

The $45.00 covers above basic level CSS Layouts, common sense tells you that. I quoted you $60.00 on your layout because i felt it was unfair seen as i didn't list this in the thread.

The layout you wanted was complex, but never the less i can still do it, just takes a little longer obviously. Where i work we charge clients £200 (£ not $) for stuff like the PSD you sent me, so as you can understand i am not going to push you to the front of the queue.

If you would still like the job doing, im happy to go ahead but the deadline is June 12th.

If you can find anyone that will convert that layout for you for $60.00 in 24 hours, go bite his hand off and anyone here will say the same.

We all have lives to live and jobs to do, so you should understand.

I do understand, I'm not mad about the extra cost or that it would take more time, but 3 weeks is ridiculous. If you are too busy to do a complex template coding in a reasonable time, fine. You should update your post to explain that.

Are you able to convert PSD's to CMS Templates? (specifically Joomla)

Can help you with the tags if required.

And no, I don't expect you'll do this for $40 or $60...
