News is a general term and can apply to a lot of places.
News about weather, health, science, business, international and so on.
I'm sure a tv station will like to get their hands on news.tv if you can market it properly.
They have the money and can pay big money for news.tv.

I think the same goes for usa.tv.
IMO, whoever buys usa.tv will also have a great potential to sell it off for much higher price than the original purchase price.

Business.tv, on the other hand, has a bit of restriction.
