I just asked enom what my renewal would be and they said this:

"We do not have a cost to renew your domain at this time, however we can tell you that it could be 10-15% on the renewal year. Renewal prices for Premium .TV names may be different from the original registration. This is outlined in the new .tv Registration Terms found here: (url)"

thanks! you know i did that alot- saw a premium and picked up the "s" version or somethin- nothing crazy, i didnt turn words into double adverbs or anything- simple plurals- knwing what the premiums are going for, i am quite happy the the % less for the plural, because it is still a nice profit with little cost to me- i hooked a LOT of premiums keywords with the additional letter added- i also went big on e and i names cuz after premiums go these are the next searched version of the word- like eClassroom.tv- perfect for online instruction using a high end keyword in there- will not get what classroom.tv would get, but will still profit nicely :-)

Well my only reg of the day ( actually this morning as I was too high after the footy result last night ) was freeclassifieds.tv

Regged at normal fee ( and with all other extensions taken as well as the .mobi version being held back as a premium name ) - and I personally think this one is a lot better than some of the so-called "Premium .tvs" that were up for auction ( HarryKewell.tv ?? - I am a Liverpool fan but come on - this is a about as premium as a 69 character multi-hyphened .tv )

I got a decent development plan in my head for freeclassifieds.tv, and the name fits perfectly with what I want to do.

Good luck to everyone who took the plunge yesterday.

Hahaha to tell you the truth my music is 100% Reggae...(I also got Reggaevideos.tv for reg fee pointing to my other site) But I know with the software enom is setting up I can turin it into hopefully a metal video portal.

If not then will try to see if some of the indi or major labels want it to promote their bands.

Someone (a friend in media industry) told me 10 minutes before the release that in the next 1 month a big television network (i am very qurious to find out) will buy all the top premium names at once.

He told me also that .tv domains will be in the next 2 years like real estate in miami...

I hope all this become reality because i have invest in:

woman.tv
med.tv
director.tv
flv.tv
bad.tv

The big TV net buying most of premium look likes a joke.
In fact the main problem is not the premium acquisition pricing but the renewal pricing model.
It obligates buyers to quickly resell them or develop them and make money to cover the igh renewal costs year after year.
