Am I crazy?
Take detroit.tv which was bought for $1600. That domain is a non-premium reg rate ($35 year)

If my calcs are correct, given dallas is $30k a year (detroit is another top 10 city), the present value of detroit.tv (given the $35 annual reg rate) is in the range $200k.

Does anyone want to buy Detroit.tv for $200k?
