you can attract more bees with honey than bile. If he asked for opinions, I could see how a courteous "reg fee appraisal" would be in order. I see no point in a rude dismissal of someone else's domains when they don't ask for your opinion, but I guess everyone has a different method of building business relationships and reputation.
