LOL whoops. I thought you were saying Robin won the domain. Makes more sense that he or she is the seller as I am pretty sure BBB.mobi was owned by Robin as well when it sold on Sedo.

Yeah, that's why I'm hoping to see who the Buyer / Developer is, IMHO.

This could be a really great addition to the "ecosystem"!

For the US market, this was an absolute bargain. For any and all insurance companies or hospital networks, this is a gem.

Properly developed, this could be a portal to any healthcare facility in the US by simply putting in the zip code, then which insurance carrier you have, and then the results return.

Huge gold mine potential. Didn't bid myself as I have been working on taxes and other matters. Got a couple of big sales closing but I should have done it anyways.

Knowing the market and its applications and how best to use a name like this is key to success.

Someone also mentioned the need to not get too focused on just one thing. I could not agree more. I have a little over 300 .mobi but that is about 10% of my total portfolio. Are they all gems? Doubtful, very doubtful. Do I need them all? Not a chance.

So whoever won, consider youself lucky. Had I been able to swing this, it would never have seen a $1500.00 bid. Proxy would have just ignored it.

Heck of a name. If the new owner is a member here, do it justice and make us proud.

She also owned XTC.mobi and FUX.mobi. Both sold on Sedo earlier in the year. Both gems. I bought FUX not too long ago on eBay. Now developed and doing well. Paid perhaps half of what the seller purchased it on Sedo.

If Robin is reading this or a member, I wish her well. We had discussions late last fall and earlier this spring. I have not heard from her lately.

looks like it came down to either you or me for both of those. i should've been more focused and bid more but I had just bought a whole handful of .mobis from another np'er.

HMO & IOU are both American terms, although IOU would be better known worldwide. I think IOU would be a better name out of the 2
