I had another great day today, actually yesterday since stats are one day behind. I am starting to feel a little guilty since I am doing so well and others are not. (Nope, not really! LOL)

I started in August with 10 names to try out Bodis. One name made over $30 the first week so I added more. That was almost as much as ALL my names were making at another parking company for an entire month.

Now I have over 400 name parked at Bodis. Not all my names do well. To date about 200 have received clicks. About 200 have not received any clicks. My best producing names are financial, real estate and employment related domains. The lowest are 3 letter names and personal names. What has helped me is the "Show Off Your Pages" thread. Some great color schemes and ideas there to customize your pages and improve your clicks.

One thing I have noticed is that my traffic has increased. Must be due to indexing them at search engines. Pages that typically got only 1 or 2 visitors now can get up to 15 to 20 uniques per day. And my CTR is up 2% from last month I believe due to customizing the pages.

Overall Matt has done an excellent job. I am glad he has a new helper. I think he may need a few more the way Bodis has grown and with so many people wanting to join.

Just wondering.

This, among others, have already been discussed in the 100+ pages!

I recall Matt saying that if you become a Bodis member this year (2007), all your existing and future domains would remain in the 100% Rev share program.

Ok, beyond the nonsensical "penguin" analogy, selling accounts when one dosent know the history of either the buyer or seller is risky. What if the person buying is someone who had been kicked off? Or, what if the person selling had a name(s) that might already make them suspect. I think it's a bit covert, and from what I understand isint allowed on most parking companies. Matt is still accepting clients, it just seems that he's swamped right now and is prioritizing.

Doesnt really matter to the seller.He is getting the money.

If the account is sold then I think the domain under suspicion will be removed from the account as all domains will be removed

I would think there is great risk in buying accounts from people. If the person has been doing things against the TOS it may take bodis a week or two to audit and then ban the account. Given that Bodis is in beta I would not be suprised that there is a lag in things being done against the TOS and then people being banned. I am really impressed with what Bodis has been able to do by providing the domainer the ability to write our articles. If you own strong keyword domains you can get indexed and on top of search engines within weeks. This would have never been possible before. Anyway enough babbling from me. If you are buying Bodis accounts I would just say buyer beware. Most legit parkers would never sell a 100% rev share account.

The past of the new owner can crash the seller reputation but never involve Bodis in a new problem, there is always new domainers involving in cheats, this will be the same circumstance.
