If you're question is how do you make the one diagonal line into a pattern:
- Open a new fairly small [20x20] or so image. Make the background transparent.
- Make the diagonal line. (pencil tool)
- Select all. (ctrl+a)
- Edit> Define Pattern.
Now you can use the fill tool (on pattern) to fill it in wherever you want. |
