| As I know, co.at is not really popular. Although there are some big companies owning co.at, most go for .at
I know only one large company which is using co.at - CPB (cpb.co.at)
I personally do not see much value in .at as well - austiran population is just 8 million, roughly 1 million regged .at domains. No room for future growth imho.
I myself own only few .at domains (i.e. immoland.at), prefering .com, .net, and .org.
