I have a few submisions to digg.com etc. but want to know, if i submit more than once from my same IP address will they not realise that it is me making the submissions and then block my IP? If this is the case, is their a solution?
But yes, they are great as a tool if you have constantly updated content and alot of people submitting your site to their social bookmarking site of choice.
