I too just got a new .co.in (purchased here at NP)

I am pretty excited about it, love the way it looks. I really want to develop it and a few of my other .in favorites.

I picked this up for $5 at namecheap marketplace, seemed like a nice domain hack for the price, would make a good registrar or hosting site.

Also got talktalk,in however this may have a TM and I intend only using it for an email address without parking or development.

I am aware of that, I have not seen the actual TM, however if I just use it as a personal email, ***@talktalk.in without any development, it should not conflict with the TM. I actually use talktalk as my own ISP.
