ok with adsense?
 

ive seen this on a lot of sites and was wondering if putting "sponsors" above a block of google ads is against TOS or not - see example below:

From Googles adsense policies:

Quote:

May not place misleading labels above Google ad units - for instance, ads may be labeled "Sponsored Links" but not "Favorite Sites"

"Sponsored Links" is ok and my personal guess is "sponsors" is not misleading.
In my opinion this is OK but only google can say for sure.
I personnally can't see them finding a problem with it.

According to their terms, you can use only two labels..

"Sonsored Links" & "Advertisements"

I asked before and receive this answer:

"Sponsored Links"
or
"Advertisements"

Thois is not againt TOS.
