I found the site http://llly.net that seems to have a small list of valuable LLLL.com that are in the expiring process. I found one in particular that I would like to register. GoDaddy says it is "X Not Available" and the WhoIs info says it is pending deletion. Does that mean any second/minute/hour/day now it will come back? Is there any strategy to be the first to get it? Do you think there are other people like me that are waiting to get it faster than others? Or do you think no one even knows about it? Is refreshing the page what I have to do?
