It seems not RIGHT. I have many sites which they have banned or warn... but everything they did is AFTER friendly email to remind me that I am violating TOS and they told me to change accordingly. They usually gave 3 days for changing and they review again after that.
And everything work very smoothly, they release all banned website...
I can even email them to ask them to do many thing: change payee name, payee address, even payee country...
You could have ignored their email, that's why you got banned suddenly like that. It is my guess.
