| Based on extensive testing we have done internally anything new added to a page is just a distraction for the surfers. 99.5% of the time you add rss feeds or other content mainly for the search engines more than you do for the surfers. So something like a javascript or flash widget doesn't really help with the search engines. But if a surfer finds it on the page, then it may be helpful, but that doesn't mean anybody will make any additional money. Except for usually the owner of the widget.
