Email Department Manager
In the latest version of ILance our customers requested the ability to let them define their own "Email Departments" because a marketplace can have many. One for support, another for Abuse and others like Sales, etc. In the latest version of ILance admin's can now create email departments and define which email templates that are sent out from that department.
This makes sense because you don't want "Abuse Reports" coming from your standard
service@marketplace.com or
sales@marketplace.com email account. You want to be able to define your own. Now you can:
