Save a Life
This happened to me once (not with polur), and it turned out that my account was hacked, and whoever had hacked me banned my IP from my sites.

In cPanel, try this:

Log in:
Go to: http://your domain here.com:2082/frontend/x/denyip/index.html

See if your IP is blocked, and if it is, remove it
