yes, it turns ur computer into a server, but a LOCAL server, meaning you can't access the stuff from online. whenever the program is running, you can access the page by going to http://localhost/ in your web browser.

What is the file name?

I have Revision 6 in my HDD. Revision number of index.php is 4 but this is Revision 6 script. Not tested recently, whois servers and PHP5.

Apologies for the down time I was not even aware to be honest. I have long since left the web development side of my life behind and I'm afraid I no longer hold any active to domains to re-host the script upon nor do I actually have the script any more to my knowledge.

Ooops! looks like the OP has washed his hands of this project... :-( Could I get a copy from someone? I would be HAPPY to set up hosting for it for awhile so people can continue to get it.

Wonderful script! how do you add additional cctld whois servers? what are those "not a registered domain","No data Found","No entries found" on dnservers.php? where can i get those infos?

I've made a few changes and released it online.
A few improvements are:

- Upload a domain list (good when the list is too big);
- Over 100 available TLD's;
- Whois link next to the domains already taken.

Soon I'll be adding Alexa, PR and Yahoo Backlinks count.
