A lot of LogicBoxes (control panel) registrars have a good hosting plans.
Generally the hosting companies use their own control panel and their servers and use API (a sort of connection with the domain control panel) to register domains. You can see an example in my signature (hostinvent)
Now it is closed for a control panel upgrade.
