| Yeh, make sure they ACTUALLY asked to receive the emails, such as signing up and didnt tick a box to say no..
You can't just send out emails people did not opt into. There are several sites which are 3rd-party e-mailers, they will send out your email from them to people who opt in to multiple sites 3rd party contact things.
