There are lots of lists like this available. I'll email anyone who wants it the top 4,000 paying terms. Its sort of a double edge sword. I use the list of domain arbitrage but you have to be smart. If you set up domain for "Auto Insurance" and send the parking service 50 clicks a day you are going to get in trouble immediately. Why would your domain be getting 50 clicks a day unless you own autoinsurance.com or something similar? The trick is to find a key word with lots of searches and a decent bid price, something in the $.75 to $1.25 area. Then you just go and buy traffic from google and send it to your page. So as you can see the list can be helpful but if used incorrectly it won't do you any good at all. If you want the full spreadsheet pm me and I'll email it to you.
