| NamePros Member | I don't think there's such feature in the plans as "friendliness", all I expect from support staff is to be fast and efficient, and they are fast if they meet response time guarantee, they are efficient if they they not only respond to my ticket meeting time in the response time guarantee, but fix the issue, so the site is up and its performance is ok.
I think no one can expect his host to be friendly, may be polite, but not friendly.
To finish off, I think you'll have more chances to have "friendlier" web hosting staff with a smaller company, like marblehost.com or polurnet.com rather than with a big one where a client's name is just another record in the clientbase.
