No point testing these keywords unless you have very very good content.
New established websites wont get any where near this rate.
You may get a few high paying clicks but not many.
Trust me it took me 2.5 yrs to get high paying clicks.(pretty constant)
alot of time/content and hard work.
Dont think you'll get this rate any time soon
