The kid should have acted with a bit more respect & the officer obviously believes that respect is a one way street, he has shown no respect for the people that he encounters.

I just wonder how he would react if it was someone bigger than him, yelling & pointing a finger at him? It has to be a difficult job but he's obviously burned out & using his position to the point of being abusive.
