| Are you looking to put up a basic free site to promote affiliate programs (that's easy) or build your own adult program (that's harder)? Either way, you want to look into 2257 regs. This basically says that you the webmaster have to have photo ID proof that everyone on your site is over 18. If you're pulling content from a large, legit program, you can link to their 2257, but if you're using anything you shot yourself or is questionable that can be an issue.
