| SexChannel.TV - #1 by far the heaviest search terms daily, weekly, monthly,... Easiest to develop and monetize, and resell.
RealestateChannel.TV - distant second. The future of Real Estate IMO. Buyers gaining control and sellers having to offer ways to "view" their property without being on call all the time.
NewsChannel.TV, SportsChannel.TV & MusicChannel.TV - Tie for third. Features of #1, but heavily dominated by major players. Pure resell play IMO.
TravelChannel.TV - Huge TM risk. Wouldn't touch it.
I invested in niche channels:
Holidays; Valentines, Easter, Halloween
Sports; Skate, Snorkeling, Hunting
Business; Marketing, Affiliate
