I don't think another world war could ever happen. After what was seen when Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed, who's going to risk the effects of even more powerful bombs?
Tivo - Albert Eistein probably said that because he saw the effects of the atomic bomb. If a WW3 were to happen, it would be the end of the human race (or most of it). So that's why the war after that would be fought with cavemen tools. IMHO.
