| New Member | The crash had to come, it was just a question of when. It's hard to see people being affected by the crash, but for some reason many people are happy to take on a mortgage based on a large multiple of their salary, fuelling demand and heady market conditions, when they would have been better advised to keep saving for a larger deposit. Oh well.
