I suggest changing the background to a white, the red will stand out a lot more. I suggest not "over-doing" the red however, keep it limited to headings and in this case your header background. Not a fan of the dotted border, makes a non-cluttered design feel like a cluttered one.
Navigation is clear, I like how you associate each link with an icon for usability.
