Good comment. The best way to get a sale for a reasonable price is by effective negotiation. Not threats!

I agree, effective and polite negotiation.

However, the problem is that the negotiation has come to a difficult point now, so waiting a few months and starting all over again - with a different attitude - could return a then quite different, positive outcome.
