I think accepting website payments require a paypal business account.
And that would be the first step.
After that is done you can create website payment buttons from paypal and put it on the site. This is bit manual stuff as you will have to send the ebooks in email to the guys who purchased it. You will receive an email every time someone buys the products and you can number them
But it is good way if you don't want to be taken for a ride by fraud payments and all.
