| I do believe yo have to spend some money to make money - but how and where you spend that money will result in differing result - some ways more cost effective and some yeilding more revenue.
I would say; if you are going to pay someone $10hr to upkeep your site, and you know you can make $15hr doing your own job or something else - then yes.
Also when a biz gets to a point where help will bring in more revenue such as added sales persons - then yes, hire.
As long as your hired help has something to do, that you cant do or costs you more time or money to do, or that would be ineffective use of your time - then hire!
