Thanks, I don't have an exact estimate. Some of our larger accounts have around 1GB~ stored. Those take awhile to un-package.

Checked the news page:

Tried to upload a photo to www.lookwhatdavefound.info via the Wordpress control panel and got an error message that the photo could not be moved to . (No destination was given). Then I tried to FTP the photo to the dir and add it manually and the photo never uploads.. I keep getting a critical transfer error.

Is FTP not yet working? (In fact, my CPanels and WHM are not loading up either)

what a mess, I still found hacked index pages when I connect FTP,,,hahaha, this is extremely frustrating, and to be honest a huge waste of time and effort

Hm, that could be my problem as FTP on my sites won't allow me to FTP into certain dirs.. I get a critical transfer error and I can't upload at all via my Wordpress Control Panel either. Very frustrating as it was working prior to the most recent maintenance move.

24 hours of downtime yesterday, 15 hours of downtime today.

I'm guessing it has to do with those stupid ns3.rebootrequest.com and ns4.rebootrequest.com nameservers.

I'm going to ask that you give me a FULL refund - no, I'm not going to change nameservers.

Can't get into CPanel or WHM and after noticing that all my stats for Adsense were about a 10th of what they normally are, I investigated and see everyone of my RSSG sites are down (no telling how long). The WHM doesn't do me much good if I can't get into install new domains, CPanel being down means I can't check traffic or do maintenance. I have about 6 or so sites down atm which means I'm losing potential revenue and traffic. I've been patient so far and even paid for my hosting after Cameron said he'd give us a free month because I felt it's not his fault but this needs to be addressed and fixed asap and stay fixed.
