| New Member | This doesn't make sense to me at all. Why would you hire someone to take over a part of your business that doesn't make money? Forget about hiring someone, you need to either make the blog posting profitable, can it, or sell it off to someone to run as a hobby. If you the owner can't make it profitable, a paid worker is going to drive it into the ground.
Move onto something that makes money, and then hire someone to do that while you find something else that makes money.
