NamePros.Com - View Single Post - Adwords Arbitrage?

I can't find anything in Google's policies about this but I keep finding conflicting posts about it all over the internet. Does anyone know what Google's policies are in regards to arbitrage? I mean arbitrage of all sorts. Using adwords to advertise a webpage with adsense (and a little content too), using adwords to advertise a webpage with an affiliate link (and a little content too), and most importantly, using adwords to advertise a link (with affiliate link) which redirects to a 3rd party website.
